Show Notes

My guest today, Emily Pasnak-Lapchick,  lives in Saint Petersburg, FL (we call it St Pete)  with her life partner Andres and two cats (there seems to be a theme with cats lately - since my recent guest Alise Sauders travels with her two cats.  It just occurred to me that I have a lot of friends and family that have two cats, and I’m allergic to cats!

But what I’m NOT allergic to is St. Pete! And St Pete is what you’ll get to hear more about in this episode.

Emily and I talk about her deep connection to the beach (and which one is her favorite), how she moved from Orlando to St Pete then New York City, and then back to St Pete, (‘cause you know wherever you are, the beach is going to call you back somehow, some way)

You’ll also get to hear about:
* Her work in social justice
* The creation of her business Chrysalis Exchange
* Coaching and co-creation for social impact
* What is an  Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Master Practitioner?

Emily's Ocean Reflection (written while journaling at the beach)

Remember that like the ocean
You can be tumultuous and strong
You can be gentle and calm
You harbor life
You flow between high and low tides
You can stretch to the edges of yourself
You can recede back to what's familiar
You are ever moving, ever-shifting, ever-changing
