My guest today is Dr. Roseanne (Rosie) Perez who has a lifelong connection to the beach. From her childhood days in Chicago, family adventures on the beaches in Puerto Rico to Sanibel Island’s soothing shores, Rosie shares how moving from Chicago to the beach in Florida healed her daughter's, about the joys of living near one of the most famous beaches in Florida and how the ocean is her sacred place of surrender and renewal.

She opens up about raising her kids with love and intention, writing a devotional book for moms, and leading a supportive virtual community. With warmth and wisdom, Rosie reminds us that, like the waves, life flows—and the beach always speaks, if we listen.
