Let’s be honest, how grateful are you? Do you practice gratitude every day?
It's one thing to be grateful for the good things in your life, like your health, your family, your job, but. . .
What about the not-so-good? What if you just found out you have cancer, lost a family member unexpectedly, or got laid off?
Can you look for the gratitude in that? It’s a challenge - it’s like exercise - you have to work that gratitude muscle every day.
I have been thinking about my “gratitude fitness,” and - it just so turns out that today’s guest wrote a book about it!
One of the things I loved about Sharon’s story was how the Beach was behind it all - how a deep love for the beach had been instilled in her as a young child, and now, living in Colorado, the beach still speaks to her every day.
