Geraldine is a former chronic insomniac turned Harley Street sleep specialist, ex-President of London's Speakers Association, and an award-winning speaker - recognised for both solo and group accolades during her tenure.

Geraldine holds a wealth of healing and coaching qualifications, with clinical experience built over nearly three decades.

Her story began in the media world: producing prime-time TV, rocking around London in her Prada shoes, attending film premieres - living what looked like a dream come true, but was actually a living nightmare.

Chronic insomnia was slowly killing her. Yet in a single pivotal moment, the words "the counselling budget has been cut”, uttered during a producers' meeting on the Jerry Springer-style show Trisha, which she was producing, prompted her to hand in her notice that very day. No plan, no savings. Just a hopeful heart and a dream.

What followed was a remarkable healing adventure spanning three decades. It began with a three-year Shiatsu diploma, and grew to include many other trainings, among them a beautiful foray into Shamanism.
